Our commercial division has an immediate need for qualified Project Managers and Superintendents.
  
  Job Purpose:
  
  Complete various commercial construction projects by planning, organizing, and controlling the work; completing quality inspections; supervising trade contractors and company personnel; ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

  Skills/Qualifications:
  
  * Must have 3+ years experience as an Engineer or Project Manager or Superintendent in a commercial construction setting or in an Oil and Gas Company
  
  * High School Diploma is required; College degree preferred, but not required.
  
  * Must be willing to travel, to job locations in both Abuja,Lagos & Port Harcourt, occasionally for extended periods.
  
  * Computer skills are required to maintain written communication with clients and co-workers; required to use MS Windows, MS Word, MS Outlook, MS Project, and some Primavera Expedition.
