Below is a list of FAQs for companies using our jobs.ly services, if you can't find an answer to your question, please send an email to contact[at]jobs.ly with your inquiries.
How do I create a free account on jobs.ly?
1. Type http://jobs.ly into your browser address bar and then press enter
2. Click on the "Register Now" link located on the top right of the jobs.ly home page
3. At the "Register Now" page, click on the "I'm a company" link
4. Next you'll be redirected to the registration page
5. Fill in your company details on the form and then click on "Register"
6. After filling the form correctly, you'll receive a green message "Your account is now active please login below" as shown below
7. Now you'll be able to use your details to login into your own account at jobs.ly, enter your details into the Login form and then click on "Login"
8. After successfully logging into your account, you'll be presented with the following page, which is the jobs.ly home page in addition to some hidden options that are available only to logged-in users, as shown below
The black box at the top shows that you are logged in as "your comapny name" and that you are registered as a company
The blue box contains the menu bar, which you will use to navigate around jobs.ly:

3. On the next form, fill in the Job Listing details
4. Click the "Add listing" button
How to edit a job listing?
1. Login to your account at jobs.ly (How do I create a free account on jobs.ly?)
2. Click the "Your Listings" button on the listing menu
3. Find the listing that you would like to edit from the list and then click the "edit" link.
4.When done editing click the "Edit Listings" button
How do I edit my company's profile information?

2. Click the "Edit Company's Profile" button on the listing menu
3. Edit your profile information
4. When done editing, click the "Edit" button
How do I change my accounts password?
1. Login to your account at jobs.ly (How do I create a free account on jobs.ly?)
2. Click the "Edit Company's Profile" button on the listing menu
3. Type your new password
4. Click the "Edit" button
How do I change my company's Logo?
1. Login to your account at jobs.ly (How do I create a free account on jobs.ly?)
2. Click the "Edit Company's Profile" button on the listing menu
3. Click the "Browse" button and navigate to the logo file on your computer
4. Your logo will be displayed for confirmation
5. Click the "Edit" button
How can I change my company's location map?
1. Login to your account at jobs.ly (How do I create a free account on jobs.ly?)
2. Click the "Edit Company's Profile" button on the listing menu
3. Click and drag the red tag to your company's location on the map
4. Click the "Edit" button
How do I check for job applicants?
1. Login to your account at jobs.ly (How do I create a free account on jobs.ly?)
2. Click the "Applicants" button on the listing menu
3. A list of applicants that have applied to your listings will appear
How do I delete a job listing?
1. Login to your account at jobs.ly (How do I create a free account on jobs.ly?)
2. Click the "Your Listings" button on the listing menu
3. Find the listing that you would like to edit from the list and then click the subject link.
4. Click on the "Delete" button.
How do I suspend a job listing?
1. Login to your account at jobs.ly (How do I create a free account on jobs.ly?)
2. Click the "Your Listings" button on the listing menu
3. Find the listing that you would like to suspend from the list and then click the subject link.
4.Click the "suspend" button.
