Founded by Dr. Massoud Wheda, the American Libyan School (AMLY) is a premier K–12 educational institution located in Souq Juma, Tripoli. The name AMLY is derived from the Arabic word Aml (أمل), meaning My Hope, embodying the school's foundational narrative: "My hope for my family, our hope for our country".
