Confidential recruitment
Verified organizations can publish eligible jobs without displaying their organization name. Agencies can post for named or confidential clients.
Agency features available before upgrading
Verified agencies using Free or Business can post for clients and share candidate shortlists. The Agency plan adds the dedicated client workspace, saved client contacts, reviewer permissions, client pages and reports.
Limits and access
- Published jobs and advertisements waiting for review count toward your open-job limit. Close a filled job to release a slot.
- Team allowances include the account owner, colleagues, hiring managers and outstanding invitations.
- External reviewers using a shortlist link do not use a team seat.
- The featured-job allowance is how many jobs can be featured at the same time, not a monthly credit. Featuring ends when the job closes or the paid subscription expires.
- Holding / group limits cover all subsidiaries. Agency limits cover the agency’s own hiring and all client jobs.
- No per-applicant charges.
- CV database access lets you search eligible profiles and invite candidates. Private contact details remain subject to candidate consent and privacy settings.
Payment and renewal
To buy a plan, write to us and we’ll tell you how to pay. Only the account owner can purchase or renew a subscription.
Paid access starts after our team confirms your payment. There is no automatic renewal.
When a paid subscription ends, the account returns to Free. Existing records are retained; paid features and additional capacity require renewal.
Your agreed price and allowances remain valid throughout the subscription period you have paid for.

Questions about plans
Is the Free plan really free?
Yes, and it is not a trial. The Free plan lets you keep up to 10 open jobs at the same time, with AI, applicants, interviews and a team of up to 2 people. We never charge per applicant or per CV.
When do I need a paid plan?
Choose Business for candidate search, job promotion and team tools. Verified holdings use Holding / Group for up to 10 subsidiaries. Verified agencies use Agency for dedicated client management without a separate client-count limit. Agencies can post for clients and share shortlists on Free or Business.
What happens when my plan ends?
You go back to Free and nothing is deleted: your jobs, team, departments and tags stay as they are, but you can’t add more than the Free plan allows until you pay again, and featured jobs go back to the normal order. There is no automatic renewal.
Can I upgrade before my plan ends?
Yes. Pay for the bigger plan and the time left on your current plan turns into time on the new one at the same value, so you lose nothing.
