For recruitment agencies

Post your clients’ jobs, share shortlisted CVs and follow applicants through each hiring step.

Verify your agency first, then publish free: up to 10 open jobs at a time.

How it works

  1. 1

    Create and verify your agency

Choose “Recruitment agency”, add your agency’s details, and send its registration document and licence number. You can prepare jobs meanwhile; they are published once our team approves your agency.

  2. 2

    Post for your clients

Name the organization you are hiring for, or show “Confidential client”. Your agency's name stays visible. Saved client profiles are an extra on the Agency plan.

  3. 3

    Send candidates and follow up

Share selected applicants’ CVs through a link that expires, without their phone or email. Review the client’s answers and arrange the next step.

Getting started

Tools for agencies

  • Today: what needs you

See new applicants, interviews, client answers and jobs nearing expiry on your agency’s home page, on any plan.

  • Shortlist links

Share selected applicants’ CVs with the hiring client, without phone or email. Check responses, add candidates, extend the link or stop it.

  • Interviews and saved candidates

Arrange interviews with calendar invites and reminders. Save applicants for future jobs only when they have allowed you to contact them.

  • Client and sales management (Agency plan)

Verified agencies can manage saved clients, choose public or private profiles, and view a monthly report for each client, which can be emailed to the client’s confirmed contact. Follow prospects, deals and follow-ups in one place, record payments received and send each client a statement.

Agency features

Working with jobs.ly

  • Your clients stay yours

We never use your client list or your client contacts for our own marketing. jobs.ly emails your clients only when you ask (reports, invoices, links). Client pages and shortlist links have no jobs.ly menus: they show your agency and point your client back to you. Other accounts can’t claim a client page your agency made; only if the organization itself asks for its page is it handed over to it, as our terms say.

  • One assignment, start to finish

Post the vacancy under your client’s name and send your best applicants in one shortlist link. The client answers and suggests interview times; you book the interview, send the offer, then record the placement with its fee, its guarantee and a numbered invoice, and record each payment you receive. Each client contact can follow candidates, invoices and the statement on a private client page. Client pages, placements and invoices are part of the Agency plan.

  • Your candidates’ data

Candidates apply to your job knowing that you may share their CV with your client. Their phone numbers and emails stay with your agency, even when written in the CV. You see their contact details until 12 months after the job ends. You can download each job’s applicants, and the account owner can also download your clients and contacts, saved candidates, placements and invoices.

    Candidate data in detail
  • Show your jobs on your website

Copy two lines of code from Agency settings into your website, on any plan. Your open jobs show there and update by themselves; people apply on jobs.ly, and their applications arrive in your jobs.ly account.

    How to add it

The Agency plan

150 LYD a month for verified agencies: client and sales management, up to 200 open jobs, and a monthly report for each client.

Plans and prices

Rules that protect everyone

  • No agency may charge job seekers any fee: not for registering, not for a CV, not for a placement.
  • A client organization is added only with its permission.
  • Share candidate links only with the hiring client. The link shows CVs without phone or email; you can stop it when access is no longer needed.
