Hiring for a client?
Agencies can share selected CVs through private links without candidate phone numbers or email addresses, then receive client feedback. Client management and placement-fee tracking require verification and the Agency plan.

Your CV is private by default. Access depends on what you enable, where you apply and the viewer’s role.

On jobs using blind first review, identifying details stay hidden until the candidate is moved forward. Withdrawing an application removes the access it granted; retention and sharing rules also apply.

When AI assistance is available, compare your CV with a job’s requirements and review suggested improvements. Your personal fit check is not shared with the employer; employers may receive a separate assessment to support their own review.

If your CV mentions accounting but says nothing about Excel, the feedback may suggest adding a relevant example—only if it reflects work you have actually done.

What is free?
Creating a job-seeker account, building a CV and applying are free. Employers can start with the Free plan; current limits and paid capabilities are listed on the plans page.
Do applicants need an account?
Applying through jobs.ly requires a job-seeker account. Other listings use email, a website, WhatsApp or phone; follow the instructions in the job listing.
Can colleagues and clients review candidates?
Recruiters can work together, hiring managers review assigned jobs, and private review links let selected reviewers give feedback without an account. Contact access and plan limits depend on the role and workflow.
