The Free plan is not a trial: it includes up to 10 open jobs. Business and Agency plans offer more.
How it works
- 1
Prepare your job
Add the role, skills and job details. Use AI for a draft when available, or write it yourself, then review before publishing.
- 2
Review applications
Review CVs and screening answers in one place. AI match scores, when available, help you compare applicants; your team makes the decision.
- 3
Reply and hire
Arrange interviews, record your decisions and update application stages. Key decisions notify applicants, and you can message them from the dashboard.
Some posts need review before they appear. You can follow their status in your dashboard. Posting guide
Optional help writing your job post
Paste your Facebook post or write a few words. Get a clear post in Arabic and English.
Compare applicants
Available AI match scores include a short explanation to support your review. Read the CV and answers before deciding.
Find potential candidates
When suitable profiles are available, see anonymous suggestions from job seekers who opted in, then invite them to apply.
Contact in one tap
Call or message applicants on WhatsApp straight from their application, or write to them in “Messages”.
Keep applicants informed
“Needs you” highlights applicants waiting for your decision, and you can answer new applicants from the email in one tap. Mark a job filled to close it and notify the remaining applicants.
Ask your manager
Send the best applicants to the person who decides in a private link, no account needed; their answer shows on each card.

Frequently asked questions
How much does it cost to post a job?
The Free plan is not a trial: it includes up to 10 open jobs at the same time. Monthly launch prices are Business 50 LYD, Holding / Group 100 LYD, and Agency 150 LYD. Annual subscriptions cost 10 months for 12 months of access.
How long does a job stay online?
A new job stays open for 45 days. Close it when filled; reopening and extending it depend on its status and your current plan’s open-job limit.
Can recruitment agencies post for their clients?
Yes, with their own account type: choose “Recruitment agency” when you sign up. When posting, type the client’s name or keep it confidential, and send the client a shortlist link. Verified agencies on the Agency plan keep a saved client list, with a page, logo and monthly report for every client, and follow their prospects, deals and payments received. Charging applicants any fee is never allowed.
How do I show my jobs on my organization website?
In Settings, copy the “Your jobs on your website” code and paste it into your site's jobs page; it updates by itself.
Will my jobs show up on Google?
Jobs are prepared for search engines, with pictures ready to share. Search engines decide whether and when a listing appears; visibility is not guaranteed.
Do you suggest candidates?
When suitable profiles are available, we suggest job seekers who opted in, without names or contact details. You can invite them to apply. Access to the full application follows your team permissions and any blind-review stage.
How do I schedule an interview?
On the applicants page, tap “Schedule interview” and pick the time and how. The applicant gets a message with the time and a calendar invite, and a reminder the day before. You can also download applicants to Excel.
What's the difference between an employer and a recruitment agency account?
An employer hires for its own organization, including an organization, NGO or government body. A recruitment agency hires for clients: it sends them shortlist links, saves consenting applicants for future jobs, and tracks steps such as “sent to client” and “offer”. Applying is free for job seekers with either account type.
