1. Press “Post a job”.
  2. Type a job title and choose a suggestion if it fits. Select skills, city, job type and experience, then add your notes; a usual salary appears when enough data is available. You can also paste an existing post.
  3. Use “Write it with AI” when available, or continue manually. Review the suggested skills and duties before publishing.
  4. Check the post. Required: title, description, city, field, job type, work mode and experience. Salary is optional, and one language is enough.
  5. Add up to 3 yes/no questions for applicants if you like, and make one a “Requirement”, then publish.

Fair review and confidential jobs

Turn on “Blind first review” to let your team review applicants without identifying details until you shortlist them or move them further. It is available on every plan.

A verified organization can hide its name when posting; the name is revealed to applicants it messages or invites to an interview. An agency can hide its client’s name while the agency remains named.

Your first job

An unfinished post is kept on this device so you can return to it. New employers can prepare jobs immediately, but jobs stay private until we approve the organization, its representative and first job. Send the details asked for in “Before your first job goes live”: Why is my job “under review”?

Candidate database access also requires approval and an eligible plan. To reuse a post, choose “Post a similar job” from the job menu.

After posting

  • A job stays open for 45 days, and you can extend it when fewer than 7 days are left.
  • You can close or reopen it from your jobs list.
  • The Free plan allows up to 10 open jobs at a time.
