About Us:
Castello Paints – Libya, represented by Al-Burj Al-Muneer Company, is a supplier in the Libyan building and finishing materials sector. We are expanding our industrial operations and seeking a self-motivated candidate to manage industrial accounting processes and ERP systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Daily Ledger Entry: Record retail/wholesale sales, purchase orders, and operating expenses.
- AR/AP & Cash Management: Monitor customer receivables, vendor payables, and daily cash transactions.
- Inventory Control: Track inbound/outbound shipments (batches, color codes, quantities) and reconcile physical stock with system records.
- Logistics Alignment: Coordinate with warehouse staff to verify invoice statuses and match physical movements to financial ledgers.
- Reporting: Generate daily/monthly sales, customer statements, and profit summaries using the internal ERP system.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (or currently enrolled) in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of accounting experience (internships and academic project experience accepted).
- Tech-savvy; proficiency in Google Sheets or MS Excel and utilization of modern AI tools is a major plus.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: Starting at 2,000 LYD (base salary applies post-probation).

Work Structure
- Schedule: Full-time, Saturday to Thursday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
- Location: Sirte.
- Reporting To: General Manager
- Tech Stack: Delphi ERP + Google Sheets.
- Probation Period: 3 months (paid at probation rate).
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (or currently enrolled) in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of accounting experience (internships and academic project experience accepted).
