Job Overview
Wazen Oil Services is seeking a motivated Junior ERP Administrator to support the implementation, administration, and daily operation of the company's ERPNext system.
This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or entry-level candidate looking to develop practical experience in ERP systems and business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Support daily ERPNext operations and troubleshoot user issues.
- Assist with user accounts, access permissions, and system configuration.
- Support ERP modules including HR, Finance, Procurement, and Projects.
- Assist with data entry, data accuracy, reporting, and system updates.
- Support system testing, documentation, and improvements.
- Provide basic training and technical assistance to employees.
- Coordinate with different departments to support ERP adoption.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Basic understanding of ERP systems and business processes.
- Good computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Good command of Arabic and English.
- Knowledge of ERPNext or similar systems is an advantage but not mandatory.
