You will manage and grow business relationships with banking institutions and FinTech companies at the company, presenting infrastructure and digital transformation solutions tailored to their operational needs.
- Manage and develop the client portfolio across the banking and FinTech sectors, building long-term strategic relationships.
- Identify business growth opportunities and drive the sales of enterprise IT infrastructure, data center, and cybersecurity solutions.
- Collaborate with technical and pre-sales teams to prepare tailored technical and commercial proposals for financial institutions.
- Oversee the end-to-end sales cycle from presenting proposals and conducting negotiations to closing deals and contracts.
- Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and successful delivery in line with agreements.
- Monitor banking and FinTech market trends to provide actionable commercial insights that support business growth plans.
Requirements
- Preferred: practical experience in account management, business development, or B2B sales within the banking, FinTech, or IT enterprise sector
- Preferred: familiarity with IT infrastructure solutions, data centers, cloud services, and cybersecurity
- Preferred: strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with senior management and decision-makers
- Preferred: ability to work in a hybrid model and manage time and projects effectively
