Warehouse Department Manager
Al Raed Import Company announces its desire to recruit a Warehouse Department Manager to lead and manage all warehousing operations and ensure storage efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading and managing receiving, storage, issuing, and inventory counting operations.
- Supervising inventory levels and ensuring the availability of materials according to approved limits.
- Analyzing inventory discrepancies and handling stagnant, damaged, and non-conforming materials.
- Ensuring the implementation of quality and safety procedures across all warehouses.
- Overseeing the use of the ERP system and ensuring the accuracy of inventory data.
- Preparing key performance indicators (KPIs), periodic reports, and operational plans for the department.
- Developing workflow procedures and increasing the efficiency of the warehouse management team.
Requirements
- Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or any related field.
- Not less than 5 years of experience in warehouse management, including 3 years in a supervisory or leadership position.
- Practical experience with ERP systems, preferably Odoo or similar systems.
- Advanced knowledge of inventory management, auditing/stocktaking, and supply chains.
- Leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in report preparation and KPI analysis.
