Modern HR is recruiting on behalf of Beit Al Munfared, a leading home furnishings and decor retailer, to find an energetic, customer-focused Furniture Sales Associate to join their showroom team!
Whether you are starting your career in sales or looking to transition into the home furnishings industry, we welcome motivated candidates. Full product and sales training will be provided.
As a Sales Associate, you will represent the Beit Al Munfared brand—welcoming guests, guiding them through product selections, and helping them create beautiful spaces for their homes.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Engagement: Greet showroom visitors with a warm, professional attitude and identify their interior and furnishing needs.
Product Consultation: Present furniture pieces, explain materials and craftsmanship, and recommend matching decor or layouts.
Sales & Administration: Assist customers with sales orders, financing options, delivery scheduling, and follow-ups.
Showroom Appeal: Ensure product displays are well-maintained, presentable, and properly priced.
Relationship Building: Maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business and customer loyalty.
Requirements
Customer-Centric: Strong communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills.
Driven & Eager to Learn: Motivated to meet personal sales goals and learn product lines quickly.
Retail Availability: Ability to work flexible retail hours, including weekends and peak hours.
Tech Literacy: Comfortable using basic Point of Sale (POS) and inventory lookup systems.
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
About the organization
Almunfard is a Libyan company specializing in the import, wholesale and retail of home furniture. Established in 2009, its range includes bedroom and dining furniture, living-room suites, corner sofas, coffee tables and home accessories.
The company has two showrooms in Tripoli: Tajoura–Al Bifi and the Jami Al Saqaa area. It serves individual customers and furniture retailers through direct sales and distribution within Libya.
