About the job
You will manage daily operations at the company to ensure sales targets are achieved and the best customer experience is delivered.
- Supervising daily workflow inside the store, monitoring staff performance, and guiding them.
- Managing inventory flow, ensuring product availability, and organizing merchandise display as required.
- Providing an outstanding level of customer service and addressing any inquiries or feedback to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Monitoring daily sales and working to achieve the specified sales targets for the store.
- Maintaining the cleanliness and order of the store, and adhering to general safety standards.
Working hours: from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM, Saturday to Thursday, with a one-hour break.
