About the job
You will serve as a Presales System Engineer at the company, providing technical and consultative support to sales teams and clients, while architecting infrastructure and data center solutions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to analyze client technical requirements and formulate suitable solution designs.
- Architect and draft technical proposals for enterprise solutions covering servers, storage, and computing.
- Conduct product presentations and Proof of Concept (PoC) demonstrations to validate proposed solutions for clients.
- Prepare technical bidding documentation, responses to RFPs, and Bills of Quantities (BOQ).
- Coordinate with technology vendors and distributors to ensure solution alignment and stay updated on latest products.
- Provide technical advisory services to enterprise clients across various sectors to assist their digital transformation.
Requirements
- Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
- Preferred: Prior professional experience as a systems engineer or in enterprise infrastructure presales
- Preferred: Solid knowledge of servers, storage systems, data centers, and cloud solutions
- Preferred: Strong communication, technical presentation, and proposal drafting skills
- Must: Proficiency in both Arabic and English
