About the job
We are looking for a mid-level Social Media Specialist to join the jobs.ly team (a Libyan Spider product) to help expand our digital reach and engage job seekers and employers across Libya.
In this role, you will:
- Manage and grow the platform's presence across various social media channels.
- Plan and write engaging, creative content aligned with our brand and audience.
- Create simple and appealing visual designs to accompany posts and campaigns.
- Interact with the community by responding promptly to comments, queries, and messages.
- Track and analyze post performance metrics to optimize engagement and reach.
Work setup: Part-time with a hybrid schedule.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of practical experience in social media management and content creation.
- Relevant qualification in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
- Strong Arabic copywriting and storytelling skills suitable for social audiences.
- Proficiency in basic graphic design tools (such as Canva or basic Adobe tools).
- Excellent communication skills and customer engagement abilities.
- Familiarity with social media analytics and publishing tools (preferred).
