Job Opportunity | Human Resources Manager (HR Manager)
Mikado Clothing Import Company announces its need for a Human Resources Manager to join the work team.
We are looking for an ambitious individual who possesses initiative and organizational skills, and seeks to contribute to developing the work environment and achieving excellence with our team.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Managing and developing human resources policies and procedures
Supervising recruitment and sourcing processes
Organizing personnel affairs (attendance, leaves, salaries, etc.)
Developing training and development programs
Fostering a positive and motivating work environment
Ensuring compliance with local labor laws
Preparing and updating job descriptions and the organizational structure
Developing a clear performance evaluation and incentive system
Requirements
Job Requirements:
University degree in Business Administration or equivalent
Not less than 3 years of experience in the field of Human Resources
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Ability to communicate effectively and work within a team
Proficiency in computer use and Office software
Ability to organize and distribute tasks and follow up with the team
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks at the same time
Working hours / 9:00 to 4:00 PM
Workplace / Tripoli – Al-Sayyahiyah
