1. Choose “Recruitment agency” when you sign up and complete your agency's details.
  2. Verify your agency: in “Agency settings”, open “Verified badge”, upload your licence or registration document (PDF or photo, up to 5 MB) and enter your Ministry of Labour licence number.
  3. Prepare your first job in the meantime. Our team checks your agency, its licence and the job; your jobs are published once it's approved, and we let you know.
  4. The Free plan gives you up to 10 open jobs at a time. Name the client you hire for or keep the name private; your agency's name always shows.

When you need client management

Saved clients with their contacts, client pages, prospects, deals and follow-ups, placements with invoices, payments received and statements, and monthly reports are part of the Agency plan (150 LYD a month), with up to 200 open jobs and a team of 25 people. It's only for verified agencies, and the account owner buys it.

The “Today” page

Your agency's home page shows what needs you, most urgent first, on any plan: interviews, new applicants and client answers, “Did … attend the interview?” after each interview, applicants asking for another time, jobs about to end or that nobody has applied to, people you know who fit a new job, and weak matches still waiting for an answer. Each line opens its item. On the Agency plan it also shows invoices to collect, placements and client follow-ups.

At the top is a link to your agency's “Monthly report”. When you start, the “Your first steps on jobs.ly” card helps with the main steps, and each step ticks itself when it's done.

Next steps

Recruitment agencies must not charge job seekers any fee. Share candidate links only with the hiring client.
