Airport Parking Supervisor

Coordinate safe parking operations, customer service and accurate revenue records.

Work pattern

40 hours per week; five eight-hour days, Sunday–Thursday, 08:00–16:00. Occasional out-of-hours work may be required; duty hours and rest are adjusted.

Responsibilities

• Plan parking staffing, entrance and exit coverage, and traffic arrangements against expected demand.

• Monitor occupancy and congestion, and coordinate action to keep vehicle routes and emergency access clear.

• Oversee barrier, ticketing, payment, intercom and monitoring-system checks, and arrange fault response.

• Apply approved fallback arrangements during equipment failures without compromising cash or access controls.

• Supervise cash collection, till handovers and reconciliation, and investigate differences with Finance.

• Maintain parking records and coordinate revenue reports, invoice information and supporting documents.

• Handle escalated enquiries, lost-ticket cases, subscriptions, refunds and complaints under approved rules.

• Coordinate incidents and suspicious activity with terminal and security teams.

• Check staff follow parking safety, access and customer-service procedures.

• Monitor service, revenue and equipment performance, and recommend improvements.

• Train staff, review shift reports and ensure outstanding issues are handed over and resolved.

Requirements

• Secondary-school qualification or relevant diploma; cash handling and record-keeping skills.

• At least 2 years in parking, retail cash operations, transport or customer service, with coordination responsibility.

• Arabic and working English; cash control, staff scheduling, customer service and basic Excel skills.
