Aviation Security Quality & Coordination Officer

Monitor security compliance and coordinate follow-up with the screening provider.

Work pattern

40 hours per week; five eight-hour days, Sunday–Thursday, 08:00–16:00.

Responsibilities

• Carry out scheduled compliance checks of screening and access-control arrangements using approved checklists.

• Review security records and evidence to confirm that required procedures and checks have been completed.

• Record findings clearly, identify the responsible owner and report significant concerns promptly.

• Track corrective actions, check completion evidence and escalate overdue or repeated non-conformities.

• Coordinate screening resource and equipment concerns with the authorised provider lead and Security Manager.

• Support approved security inspections, tests and exercises, and document results.

• Maintain quality-control records, statistics and trend reports for management review.

• Check that relevant training and authorisation records are available for the functions being reviewed.

• Recommend improvements to checklists, records and follow-up procedures based on recurring findings.

• Protect confidential security information and keep quality-review records separate from the activities being checked.

Requirements

• Secondary-school qualification and relevant security quality-control training.

• At least 1 year in security operations, screening or compliance administration.

• Arabic and working English; accurate record keeping, compliance checks and corrective-action tracking.

• Complete required airport training, assessments and access approvals before working independently.
