Grow your recruitment business with dedicated technology behind you. Your agency's name stays on your work, your clients and candidates keep dealing with you directly, every assignment is organized in one place, and your jobs can show on your own website.
- Serve your clients better: one link with your best candidates, answers from the client in one tap, and a private page where each client contact follows their candidates and invoices.
- Spend less time on admin: Today shows what needs you, and messages, reminders, invoice numbers and monthly reports are prepared for you.
- No software to build: jobs.ly is ready now. Start free; the Agency plan is 150 LYD a month.
Your clients stay yours
- Your agency's name is on every job you post for a client (“via” your agency) and on its share picture, the shortlist link, the client page, the invoice and the monthly report.
- Keep a client's name private when you need to: its jobs then show “Confidential client” with your agency's name.
- Your client sees candidates' CVs without their phone numbers or emails, even when a candidate wrote them in the CV.
- We never use your client list or your client contacts for our own marketing. jobs.ly emails your clients only when you ask (reports, invoices, links).
- Client pages and shortlist links carry no jobs.ly menus: they show your agency and point your client back to you.
- Your agreement with your client stays between you; jobs.ly records your placements and fees.
One assignment, from start to finish
This is how one vacancy runs, from the client's request to the invoice:
- The brief: paste the client's advert or write a few lines, and AI helps you write the post in Arabic and English. You can always fill in the form yourself.
- The vacancy: post it under your client's name, or keep the name private.
- Applicants: ranked for you, with Today showing who is waiting for an answer.
- The shortlist: send your best applicants in one link that works for 14 days.
- The client's answer: “Interested” or “Not a fit”, with interview times they suggest.
- The interview: book one time or offer several for the candidate to choose from; the candidate gets the invitation and a reminder.
- The offer: send it in the site, or print an offer letter with your client's name.
- The placement: record the fee, the payment date and the guarantee period.
- The invoice: numbered, with your bank details, sent to your client's billing contact.
- The monthly report: your client's month in numbers, under your agency's name.
Each contact at a client can have a private client page: the candidates you share with them, their interviews, and invoices if you allow it. Saved clients, client pages, placements, invoices and reports are part of the Agency plan for verified agencies.
Your candidates and their data
- Candidates apply to your job knowing that your agency may share their CV with your client.
- Phone numbers and emails stay with your agency: your client and its reviewers never see them, even when they're written in the CV.
- Saved candidates are only people who ticked “The agency may contact me about other jobs”, and they can stop it at any time.
- You see an applicant's contact details until 12 months after the job ends; their CV stays with the application.
- You can download each job's applicants, and the account owner can also download your clients and their contacts, saved candidates, placements and invoices.
- If your plan ends, nothing is deleted: client records become read-only, and your placements and invoices keep working.
- Before the account is deleted, its owner sees what will be deleted and can download first or hand the account to a colleague.
The details: Candidate data for recruitment agencies.
Start with what you already have
- Verify your agency first: send your registration document and licence number. Your jobs are published once our team approves your agency, free up to 10 open jobs.
- Add your current clients and their contacts, one by one or from a spreadsheet.
- Paste your current adverts: each becomes a clear job post.
- Send your current candidates the job link: they apply with their CV file.
Step by step: Your first week as a recruitment agency.
Show your jobs on your website
Copy two lines of code from “Agency settings” into your website, or use the frame (iframe) if your site builder doesn't accept code. Your open jobs show there and stay up to date, and you can also show one client's jobs only. People apply on jobs.ly, and their applications arrive in your jobs.ly account. How to do it: Show your agency's jobs on your website.
Working together
- The Agency plan: 150 LYD a month for verified agencies, with up to 200 open jobs and a team of 25 people.
- A walkthrough with you, using one of your real vacancies, and help setting up your first client and job.
- Support by email: hello@jobs.ly.
- Tell us what's missing: what agencies ask for shapes what we build next. See what's coming.
See the results in your own work
We don't promise a number of hours saved. Start with one vacancy and look at your own numbers: candidates sent to the client, interviews, hires and how long hiring took. The monthly report shows them for each client.
Rules that protect everyone
- No recruitment agency may charge job seekers any fee.
- Add a client organization only with its permission.
- Share candidate links only with the client the job is for.
Your next step
Ask for a walkthrough with one real vacancy, and we'll contact you to arrange it. Then show your jobs on your website.
