Start with what you already have. These steps bring your current work into jobs.ly, one assignment at a time.
On Today, the “Your first steps on jobs.ly” card follows the main steps: each one ticks itself when it's done, and you can hide the card.
1. Verify your agency
In “Agency settings”, open “Verified badge” and send your licence or registration document with your licence number. Your jobs are published once our team approves your agency; you can prepare them in the meantime.
2. Add your current clients
In “Clients”, press “Add a client” for each organization you hire for, with its permission, then add its contacts: “Review” for the people who choose candidates, “Billing” for invoices. Many clients? Import them from a spreadsheet (CSV) on the clients page. Saved clients are part of the Agency plan; on other plans, type the client's name when you post the job.
3. Post your current vacancies
Press “Post a job”, choose the client, and paste the advert you already have, for example from Facebook. AI helps you write a clear post in Arabic and English for you to check, and you can always fill in the form yourself.
4. Invite your current candidates
There is no bulk import of candidates: each person applies themselves, so they know how their data is used. Send the job link to the candidates you know, by WhatsApp or email, and they apply with their CV file. Those who tick “The agency may contact me about other jobs” join your saved candidates.
5. Send your first shortlist
On the job's applicants page, select your best applicants and press “Send to client”. Add a short note on each, then send the link yourself, by WhatsApp or email. The client answers “Interested” or “Not a fit” and can suggest interview times; Today shows you their answers.
6. Record the placement and the invoice
When a candidate is hired, record the fee from their card (“Record the fee”), and the invoice gets its number. Print it, save it as PDF, or send it to the client's billing contact, and record each payment when it arrives. The account owner adds the bank details and fee terms once, in “Agency settings”. Placements and invoices are part of the Agency plan.
