- Sign in and open the job. “Recommend someone you know” shows on open jobs that people apply for on jobs.ly.
- Press “Recommend someone you know”, and “Your recommendation link for this job” appears.
- Press “WhatsApp” or “Copy link”, or “Share” on a phone, and send the link to someone you know the job suits.
What happens next
- The person who opens your link sees your name in the Apply box, and can remove the recommendation before sending their application.
- If they apply through your link, the employer sees “Recommended by” and your name with their application. Your name doesn't show during a blind first review.
- We don't tell you who applied through your link, or what happened to their application.
Recommend people whose work you really know, because your name shows with their application. A recommendation doesn't guarantee the job: the employer decides.
