Every version of the Terms of use, with the dates it was in effect and what changed. The current version is the one that applies.

- Recruitment agencies: new rules for “Clients and sales”: you must have the right to keep and use what you type, import, upload, record and note by Bcc, tell your contacts where the law requires it, and do no unlawful marketing; payments, schedules and statements are your own records, and you are responsible for the statements and reminders you send; files and private addresses. They cover tools added on 2026-10-31 and 2026-11-01; nothing changes for what you did before.
- Employers: your saved messages and the words you add to jobs.ly's automatic messages follow the message rules; a question marked “Requirement” must be lawful and about the job.
- Checks before publishing: a partner's confirmation (for example LBC) can approve a member organization to publish; it never gives the verified badge, and every job is still checked.
- What is not allowed: agencies may also use people's information for their work with clients and prospects, as these terms allow.
- Paid plans: free time for members of a partner such as LBC, with its conditions on the “Your plan” page.
- Wording: the Arabic text says «الأتعاب» for an agency's fee to its client (the glossary's word); the meaning is unchanged.
