Every new employer's jobs wait for publishing approval. After approval, a job can still be held if it has one of these:
- It asks applicants for money, like a registration fee or a deposit.
- Words linked to scams, like network marketing or “guaranteed income”.
- Pay that is very high for the experience level.
- Many jobs in one day from a new organization.
- Our automatic check rates it as high risk.
Our team reviews the flagged post and decides whether it can be published. You can follow its status in your dashboard. Changes to the post may be checked again.
Before your first job goes live
Open “Before your first job goes live” on the waiting job's page or in “Organization settings”, and send only what's missing:
- One proof is enough: a work email on your organization's own domain, confirmed with a code we send, or an official document in the organization's name. An address from a free provider such as Gmail isn't accepted as a work email.
- Your role in the organization.
- If you have them: the website or organization page, the commercial registration or licence number, and the office address. Recruitment agencies give their licence number.
Press “Send for review”. If we need more details, we ask you for them in the same place. If our request stays unanswered for a long time, the review pauses until you send them.
Publishing approval and the verified badge
Publishing approval is separate from the verified badge. Buying a plan does not bypass approval. If we need a correction, you can see the reason and resubmit in your settings.
