1. Open “Organization settings”, then “Verified badge”.
  2. Upload an appropriate official document, such as a commercial registration, organization registration, founding decision or authorization (PDF or photo, up to 5 MB), and press “Send for verification”. Recruitment agencies also need their registration or licence and licence number.
  3. We notify you when the review is complete. You can also check the result and any correction needed in Organization settings.

What you get

  • The “Verified organization” badge on your page and jobs.
  • Publishing approval is checked separately; all jobs remain subject to screening.
  • You can include links and phone numbers in your messages to applicants.

We delete the document once it's checked. If you change your organization's name, the badge is removed until we verify it again.
