- In the job form, open “Questions for applicants (optional)” and write up to 3 yes/no questions, for example: Do you have a valid driving licence?
- If a question is a must for the work, tick “Requirement (the answer must be yes)”.
- Publish the job. Every applicant answers the questions before sending their application.
How applicants are listed
- People who answer no to a requirement can still apply; nobody is turned away automatically.
- Those who meet the requirements come first in every order. The others are under “Don't meet a requirement”, and each of their cards says “Doesn't meet a requirement”.
- The same order applies in the Excel file and in the emails you get about applicants.
- Each applicant's answers are kept as they were on the day they applied.
Make a “Requirement” only of what the work truly needs, such as a required licence or certificate. Don't ask about sex, age, nationality or religion.
