A client's public page belongs to the organization itself, as our terms of use say. So every named client's page has a link that lets someone who works there ask to manage it.
The organization's request
Someone from the organization signs in with an employer account and sends the request with proof that they're from it: an official document in its name, or an email on its own domain. The jobs.ly team reviews the request before anything moves.
What your agency sees
- When the request is approved, the account owner gets an email, and the request shows on Today and on the client's page with the moving date, after 10 working days.
- During that notice, no new jobs can be posted for the client and its page can't be changed.
- The account owner can “Hand the page over now”, or “Pause transfer and request review” with a reason, and our team reviews the request again.
What moves and what stays
- Only the public page moves to the organization: name, logo, cover, about, city, sector, website and address.
- Your agency keeps the client's private record in full: jobs, applicants, interviews, placements, invoices, contacts, links and reports. Nothing from it is copied to the organization.
- Open jobs and interviews continue, and the jobs show publicly as for a confidential client. The client's jobs code shows nothing after the move, so remove it from any website where you placed it.
