Add a follow-up
- On the organization's page, or on a client's “Sales and fees” tab, press “New follow-up”.
- Write what you'll do, choose the day (“Tomorrow”, “In 3 days”, “Next week” or another day), a time if you like, and who will do it.
- When it's done, press “Done” and it's noted on the organization's history. To move it, press “Another day”.
All follow-ups are under “Clients”, then “Follow-ups”: overdue, today, this week and later. Today shows “Client follow-ups”: what's due today and what's late.
Reminders of what you might miss
jobs.ly reminds you of a deal without a next step, a proposal waiting for an answer, a quiet deal, and a client you haven't been in touch with for a while. Choose “Remind me in a week” or “Dismiss”; the reminder goes away for your whole team.
Your follow-ups in your calendar
- In “Follow-ups”, open “Your follow-ups in your calendar” and press “Create calendar address”.
- Copy the address right away, because it isn't shown again, and add it to your calendar app (such as Google, Outlook or your phone's calendar) as a calendar from a link.
The calendar shows your open follow-ups, and invoice and instalment due days if you follow fees, with only each follow-up's title and the organization's name: no notes, contacts or amounts. The address is yours alone: if you shared it by mistake, press “New address” or “Stop”.
Your emails on the organization's history
- In “Follow-ups”, open “Log your emails” and press “Make my address”, then “Copy address”.
- Write to a contact you saved, or to the organization's own address, from the confirmed email on your jobs.ly account, and add your private address in Bcc.
- The email is noted on the organization's history: the subject and the start of the text.
Replies aren't noted by themselves: to note your reply, add the address in Bcc again. We never keep attachments or the full email, and your mailbox isn't connected to jobs.ly. The address stops when the Agency plan ends.
