Client management is part of the Agency plan for verified agencies. On any plan you can post a job for another organization under its name, or as a confidential client without the name.

  1. Open “Clients” and press “Add a client”: the name, city and “Organization sector” are enough to start. Only add an organization with its permission.
  2. Under “Contacts”, add the people you deal with at the client: “Review” for those who review candidates, “Billing” for those who see invoices, and one “Main” contact.
  3. On the client's page, press “Post a job”.
  4. Send candidates to the client from the applicants page with “Send to client”. The client gets a private link showing their CVs without phone numbers or emails, answers “Interested” or “Not a fit”, and can suggest interview times. The link works for 14 days.

A client you typed by name

If you post a job for “Another client” and only type its name, jobs.ly offers after publishing to save it to your clients. The form is filled in from the job, you choose whether its name may show on jobs.ly, and the job moves to it. If a client with the same name is already on your list, you're offered to move the job to it instead. Nothing is saved without your yes, and “Later” only closes the offer.

Client pages

Each contact with “Review” or “Billing” can have a private client page: the candidates you share with them, their interviews and colleagues' answers, and the invoices and statement if they have “Billing”. Create the page from the client's contacts and send its link yourself. A client page has no jobs.ly menus and leads your client back to your agency.

Sales and fees

The client page's “Sales and fees” tab gathers the money with this client: invoiced, received, outstanding and overdue, the invoices, payments and statement, with its deals, contact history, follow-ups and files. Private and archived clients

You can keep a client's name private from its page. Its public page is then hidden, and its jobs show “Confidential client” with your agency's name. Its records stay in your agency's account. Public pages and logos are for clients who agree to be named.

Archive a client when the work ends: it leaves your clients list and the job form, its history stays, and you can bring it back later. Only the account owner deletes a client for good or hands clients over between team members, and a client with recorded placements can't be deleted. Following up on candidate links

You can add candidates to a client link, extend it or stop it. The client's answers appear with options to book interviews for the candidates they liked or reply to the others. Review each action before confirming it.
