Client and sales management is for the account owner and recruiters of a verified recruitment agency on the Agency plan. Your prospects are private to your agency and never show on a public page.
Add a prospect
- Open “Clients”, then “Prospects”, and press “Add a prospect”. The organization's name is enough.
- Add the people you deal with under “New contact”, and call, WhatsApp or email them from the organization's page.
- Log what happened under “History”: a note, a call, a meeting or a message.
Many prospects? The account owner can import them with “Import from Excel”, as a CSV file in the template's layout.
Follow your deals
Add a “New deal” on the organization's page: what it's about, the expected fee, the number of hires and when you expect it to close. A deal moves through the stages New, Contacted, Meeting and Proposal, then “Won” or “Lost” with the reason it was lost. See your deals on a “Board” or as a “List”, move them between stages, and undo after each move.
“Won” means work you agreed on, not money paid: a deal doesn't make a client or an invoice by itself. When you're ready, press “Make it a client” on the organization's page to move it to your clients. If the organization is already one of your clients, choose “Link to an existing client”.
Files and AI help
- Attach proposals and agreements with “Attach a file”: PDF, Word, Excel, PowerPoint or a picture, up to 5 MB. Only your team sees them.
- When AI is available, “Fill in from notes” suggests a summary, contacts, a deal and a next step from your notes, and “Suggest a follow-up message” drafts a message. You review everything before saving, and jobs.ly never sends the message: you do.
Sales report
The “Sales report” shows, for each period, open deals by stage, what you won and lost and why, and the fees expected, invoiced and received. The account owner can download the organizations, deals and history as CSV files.
When the plan ends, the records stay readable and nothing is deleted. For dates and reminders: How do I organize my follow-ups with clients?
